Before reporting an issue, open your order details to confirm what was placed and what was charged. Your order timeline may include helpful timestamps and status updates.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are sent to businesses immediately after placement. Once preparation begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If you need to cancel an order, act as quickly as possible after placing it.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or adjustments may be considered in situations such as:

  • An order that was not delivered
  • Incorrect or missing items
  • Orders cancelled before preparation begins

Each case is reviewed individually based on the circumstances.

Common Order Issues

  • Delayed orders during peak hours
  • Items unavailable after ordering
  • Delivery delays caused by weather or traffic

Some issues may require coordination with the business or delivery partner.

How to Report an Issue

Contact support as soon as possible

If there is a problem with your order, contact support as soon as possible after the issue occurs.

Include your name, approximate order time, business name, and order reference (if available). Do not share payment details.
